Concept Development

Engineers arrive blind, nurses compensate with inconsistent notes, and everyone pays for the disconnect in machine downtime and stress.
I mapped journeys to expose failures at transitions, where errors often appear.
Design exploration focused on readiness confirmation, priority automation, trial-first research, and ticketing as an integrated loop.
A guided onboarding and confirmation flow that ends in a decisive “ready / not ready”, building confidence through strong state signifiers.
Researchers start with studies, not machine IDs, then select sessions with live export summaries to protect data quality decisions.
A prioritised queue and plain language fault story replace flat device lists, cutting back and forth navigation and speeding up fixes.
A safe “what if” space links predicted faults to parts and tickets, tightening the loop between diagnosis, logistics, and recorded outcomes
A Power Platform pipeline: telemetry into Dataverse, risk scoring, and automated alerts into Teams, so predictions land inside real work.
